  • Start going to a Spinning Class! 
  • Keep doing Spinning Classes once or twice a week
  • Finish the 3-month hot iron/ body pump program at the gym
  • Start the new one! (and keep going & get strong)
  • Workout at least 5 times a week.
  • Weight-In every Sunday and ONLY Sunday.
